Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to manage our foreign clients, drive international sales, and support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for research, lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales cycle and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, research, and generate leads in international markets.

* Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and professional networking platforms.

* Handle end-to-end communication with foreign clients, understanding their requirements and providing suitable solutions.

* Prepare and share quotations, product catalogs, and other sales materials.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.

* Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support marketing and business strategy.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in international sales, business development, or export management, preferably in textiles.

* Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

* Strong research, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

* Familiarity with B2B sales processes and international trade practices.

* Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

* Self-motivated, result-driven, and organized.

* Knowledge of textile products, fabrics, and market trends is a plus.
