School Principal Job Description – S.S. Children Academy

Position: School Principal

Location: S.S. Children Academy, 35 Vishnu Colony, Sodala, Jaipur

Timings: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & capability)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible, confident, and disciplined School Principal who can lead the academic and administrative functions of the school (Play Group to Class 10th). The ideal candidate should be able to manage staff, ensure quality teaching, maintain discipline, and work actively on improving admissions and school performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day academic and administrative activities
• Ensure effective teaching and discipline across all classes
• Provide support, guidance, and supervision to teaching and non-teaching staff
• Monitor lesson planning, student progress, and staff performance
• Maintain regular communication with parents and handle concerns professionally
• Conduct meetings, training, and workshops for teacher development
• Take initiative to improve school reputation, quality, and enrollment
• Handle admissions, inspections, exams, and school events coordination
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and communication with management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Education/Science/English)
• B.Ed. preferred
• Minimum 3 years of teaching or administrative experience in school environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Confident personality with ability to maintain discipline
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp communication)
