Senior Accountant

Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Jaipur

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: MD

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Record and verify all sales, purchase, journal, receipt, and payment entries.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily cash and bank transactions.
• Reconcile GST data with books and GST portal records.
• Prepare and reconcile TDS deductions, vendor/customer ledgers, and statutory records.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
• Reconcile customer and supplier balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare MIS reports, outstanding statements, and other financial reports as required.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and consultants for audits and compliance matters.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Experience in garment manufacturing will be an advantage
