Job Title: Senior Bartender/Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
• Create signature cocktails and recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
• Ensure excellent guest service by engaging professionally with customers and resolving complaints promptly.
• Supervise and guide bartenders and bar assistants during operations.
• Maintain bar mise-en-place, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and raise purchase requisitions when required.
• Minimize beverage wastage through proper portion control and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, food safety, and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Verify guest age before serving alcoholic beverages.
• Handle POS billing, cash transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Assist in planning beverage promotions, happy hours, and seasonal menus.
• Maintain bar equipment and coordinate repairs when required.
• Train new team members on SOPs, beverage preparation, and guest service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations during peak hours.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory, sales, and consumption reports.

Required Qualifications

·       Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Bartending Certification preferred.

·       Minimum 2–6 years of bartending experience.

·       Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beers, and mixology.

·       Experience in inventory management and cost control.

·       Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
