Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online inquiries.
- Explain online degree programs, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission processes.
- Counsel students and help them choose suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead and student data in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with admission and support teams for smooth enrollment.
- Handle student queries and provide post-enrollment support when required.
