Senior Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Senior Logistics & Warehousing Manager to lead and manage our end-to-end logistics, warehousing, inventory, transportation, POD's and branch operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, cost optimization, inventory accuracy, and timely customer service while leading multiple warehouse teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple locations.
• Plan, organize, and supervise receiving, storage, inventory, dispatch, and transportation activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Develop and implement warehouse SOPs and best operational practices.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational targets.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, customers, and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Optimize transportation routes and logistics costs without compromising service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Handle manpower planning, performance management, and workforce discipline.
• Resolve operational issues and implement continuous process improvements.
• Maintain warehouse infrastructure, equipment, and material handling systems.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high service levels and timely issue resolution.
