Senior Sales Officer

Job Overview

Favcore is looking for high-energy, aggressive, and target-driven Senior Sales Officers (SSO) to expand our retail merchant footprint across Rajasthan. This is a hardcore on-field sales role where you will be the face of the company on the ground.

Your primary responsibility will be to digitize local markets by onboarding shopkeepers (Groceries, Restaurants, Bakeries, Clothing, Electronics, etc.) onto the Fav Vendor App for FREE, creating highly qualified business leads, and driving revenue by selling our essential Corporate Compliance Packages (GST/Food License Registrations & ITR/GSTR Filing).

Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

Mass Merchant Onboarding: Visit local retail markets daily and successfully onboard at least 20 shopkeepers per day on the Fav Vendor App for free, allowing them to take their store online instantly without any complex documentation.

Quick Data Registration: Collect basic details from the merchant (Name, Shop Name, Phone Number, and Email ID) to register them seamlessly on the platform.

Lead Generation & Profiling: Fill out a quick assessment form for every onboarded vendor, mapping whether they currently hold business licenses like GST or FSSAI (Food License).

Compliance Packages Sales:

Pitch and sell GST and Food License Registration packages to merchants who do not have these licenses.

Pitch and sell monthly/annual GSTR & ITR Filing retainership packages to merchants who already have active licenses.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily app onboarding targets and monthly individual compliance sales quotas.

Requirements & Preferred Profile:

Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in Field Sales, Door-to-Door Sales, Merchant Acquisition, or B2B Sales.

🎯 Target Company Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Google Pay, IndiaMART, Justdial, Khatabook, or FMCG/Telecom distribution will be given high priority.

Ground Execution: Absolute comfort with traveling locally, pitch-perfect negotiation skills, and a high hunger for earning incentives.

Mobility: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooty) and an Android Smartphone.

Communication: Excellent vernacular fluency (Hindi) with a basic understanding of professional English terms.

💰 Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 Per Month (Best in industry, based on experience).
