🎯 जॉब रोल:


हमें VMOU (वर्धमान महावीर ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी) हेल्पलाइन के लिए एक जिम्मेदार एवं कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स में दक्ष टेलीकॉलर / इंचार्ज की आवश्यकता है, जो छात्रों की सभी प्रकार की क्वेरी को सही एवं समय पर समाधान दे सके।



📞 मुख्य कार्य (Responsibilities):


छात्रों के कॉल रिसीव करना और उनकी क्वेरी का समाधान करना


VMOU से संबंधित जानकारी देना जैसे:


  • एग्जाम डेट
  • रिजल्ट अपडेट
  • प्रैक्टिकल कैंप
  • डिफाल्टर डेट
  • टाइम टेबल आदि
  • WhatsApp / Telegram पर आने वाली क्वेरी का जवाब देना (Blended Process)
  • छात्रों से ऑर्डर कलेक्ट करना और बिलिंग टीम को समन्वय करना
  • नियमित फॉलो-अप करना एवं डेटा मेंटेन करना


✅ योग्यता (Requirements):


  • अच्छी Communication और Convincing Skills

  • Telecalling / Customer Support का अनुभव


  • WhatsApp, Telegram और बेसिक कंप्यूटर का ज्ञान


  • Multitasking और Problem Solving क्षमता
