• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Contact potential clients and explain company services.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable business registration and funding solutions.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service details with clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Good verbal and written English/Hindi communication.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Positive attitude and strong convincing skills.
• QualificationGraduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior sales or telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
