Service Coordinator

A Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating service activities between customers, field engineers, and internal teams. The role includes scheduling service visits, handling customer queries, tracking service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining accurate service records to deliver high customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily service activities and assign calls to field engineers.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and breakdown service visits.
• Monitor open service calls and ensure timely closure.
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates, visit schedules, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, job sheets, and customer records.
• Follow up on pending parts, replacements, and warranty claims.
• Escalate critical issues to management when required.
• Maintain coordination between technical, logistics, and customer support teams.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Generate reports related to service performance and customer complaints.

Handle email communication and maintain proper documentation.
