Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Travel Experts / Tour Consultants who can communicate with travelers, understand their travel requirements, and help them book Rajasthan tour packages.
Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply. If you love travel, communication, and helping people plan memorable holidays, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle traveler inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Rajasthan tour packages
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with hotels, drivers, guides, and travel partners
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide support before and during tours
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Passion for travel and tourism
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
- Sales and convincing skills are a plus
