🔑 Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction site activities

Manage labour and site staff efficiently

Ensure quality and safety standards at the site

Monitor material usage and site inventory

Prepare daily progress reports

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers

Ensure work is completed on time

Maintain discipline and safety regulations on site

Follow construction drawings and project instructions

Resolve site-related issues and report updates to management
