Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Manager with 2–3 years of professional experience and a proven ability to craft compelling copy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and driving engagement through strategic content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Produce clear, persuasive, and professional copy tailored to diverse platforms and audiences.
• Manage and maintain content calendars across major social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with online communities in a professional manner, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism would be a big plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated expertise in copywriting with a strong portfolio of professional work.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Experience with paid social campaigns is advantageous.
