Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Expert with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) who can handle end-to-end performance marketing, generate high-quality leads, and drive business growth across multiple digital channels.
- Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation & conversions
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns
- Develop and implement complete digital marketing strategies
- Generate leads through paid and organic channels
- Create and manage audience targeting (Custom & Lookalike Audiences)
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs like CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS
- Handle SEO (On-page & Off-page) and improve website ranking
- Manage social media platforms and content strategy
- Work on WhatsApp, Email & automation marketing tools
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics & Meta Ads Manager
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign execution
- Manage marketing funnels from awareness to conversion
- Requirements:Proven experience in Meta Ads + Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of lead generation & performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and marketing automation tools
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Creative thinking for ad copies and campaign ideas
- Experience in real estate / SaaS / service-based industry (preferred)
