📍 Location: The Backyard Jaipur
Job Description – South Indian Chef
Responsibilities:
• Prepare South Indian dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Uttapam, Vada, Sambhar & Chutneys
• Maintain food taste, quality, hygiene and presentation standards
• Plan and manage South Indian menu preparation
• Handle kitchen operations related to South Indian section
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
• Manage stock and kitchen inventory requirements
• Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth operations
Requirements:
✔ Experience as a South Indian Chef preferred
✔ Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine and recipes
✔ Ability to handle kitchen operations independently
✔ Team player with positive attitude
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience: 1 Years Preferred
