Sr. Engineer - MCU Control Engineer

A purpose driven role for you

Lead the design, development, and validation of advanced Motor Control Unit (MCU) algorithms for EV
application including PMSM, BLDC and induction motor. This role is critical in implementing highly efficient
and robust power electronics control, driving the formulation of FOC, MTPA, Field weakening and MTPV
strategies. The engineer will also lead sensorless motor control, integrating fundamental electromagnetic
and mathematical equations directly into embedded programming, alongside generating highly accurate
MOSFET thermal models and magnet models for comprehensive system tuning and efficiency optimization.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E/ B.tech in Electrical or electronics Eng.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Expertise in FOC, MTPA, MTPV, and advanced PWM
techniques.
Deep understanding of sensorless motor control equations
and ability to program them natively into the system.
Extensive MATLAB implementation and Model-Based Design
capabilities.
Strong grasp of power electronics, MOSFET thermal modeling,
and motor magnet modeling.
Expertise across varied motor topologies: PMSM, BLDC,
Induction Motor, Servo, and transformations.
Mastery of PID and varied PI control techniques (anti-windup,
decoupling, etc.).
Proven track record in efficiency tuning and effective DC link utilization.

Behavioural Skills

Effective team player and ability to lead/ mentor group
of engineer. Taking initiative and desire to transform
concepts to reality
