Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer who can develop, complete, deploy, maintain, and support Web-based OS, while also managing the company’s day-to-day IT requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
- omplete Spybot OS source code from beginning.
- Develop frontend, backend, APIs, and database functions.
- Create role-based dashboards and access permissions.
- Build HRMS, attendance, roster, deployment, payroll, client, billing, reporting, and AI dashboard modules.
- Fix software bugs, login issues, permission errors, and mobile compatibility problems.
- Deploy and manage the software on a live server.
- Configure domain, hosting, SSL, database, email, and backups.
- Monitor server performance, application security, and system uptime.
- Maintain IT asset records, credentials, licenses, and technical documentation.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
- Required SkillsReact, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frontend technology
- Node.js, Laravel, Django, FastAPI, or similar backend technology
- MySQL or PostgreSQL
- REST APIs and role-based access control
- GitHub and version control
- Cloud server, VPS, Docker, domain, DNS, and SSL management
- Application security and database backup
- ERP, HRMS, SaaS, or workforce management software experience
- Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in complete web application development and deployment
- Ability to independently handle software development and IT support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must share portfolio and live project links
- Willing to work from the Jaipur office when required
