Store Executive/Incharge

Responsibility:

Audit of incoming material in main store for quantity and visual quality.

● Storage of material at right location and in desired manner.

● Timely updation of location charts, identification tags and SAP locations.

● Regular maintenance of all supply trolleys.

● Updation of planning sequence on planning boards.

● Regularly attend Line rejection meeting and participate actively to clear rejection on

daily basis.

● Updation to all concerns about actual production of the shift at regular interval

● Stock accuracy through Perpetual Inventory system as per the target given to each

individual.

● Timely information to all buyers about likely shortage of items and their coverage for

production.

● Controlled supply and weekly reconciliation of critical items.

● Proper check and reconciliation of old and new components before implementation of

any new design to avoid dead stock.

● Material handling with Stackers/ High reaches trucks/ Fork lifts/Hydraulic pallets.

● Follow up with Materials/ quality and receipt store for critical item required for

production coordinating with other departments.

 Exercise general control over all activities in Store.

 Maintain accurate inventory records.

 Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.

 Receive and store documents and confidential files; maintain record of approved document

and confidential files.

 Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders; process and

distribute documentation with purchase orders.

 Reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required and issue materials only a

required quantities against authorized requisition note/material lists.

 Check the book balances with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way to

internal control over wrong issues, pilferage etc.
