Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials or goods.
- Maintain accurate records of stock (manual or computerized).
- Issue materials as per company procedures.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of items.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess.
- Conduct regular stock verification and audits.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments.
- Prepare reports on inventory status.
