Job Title: Area Team Leader - EMI Locker Distribution, Jaipur

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Team Leader to lead the distribution of EMI Locker solutions in the Jaipur region. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales and distribution network for EMI Lockers, driving revenue growth, and leading the team to achieve targets in telecom, fintech, and mobile distribution sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the regional sales team focused on EMI Locker distribution
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow telecom, fintech, and mobile sales channels
Set and monitor sales targets, motivating the team to exceed goals
Build and maintain a strong distribution network across the region
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Provide regular reports and insights on team performance and market expansion
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom, fintech, or mobile distribution sales
Proven track record in managing teams and driving sales in EMI Locker or related products
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of Jaipur markets and distribution networks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, with potential increments based on performance
