Job Description
A loan telecaller contacts prospective or existing customers to sell loan products (personal, home, business) or manage by negotiating repayments. Key responsibilities include explaining loan terms, verifying documentation, achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate CRM records. Strong communication, negotiation, and telesales skills are required. Assist clients in understanding and applying for various loan products. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan processing activities.
