Job Description

OxDigital is looking for a confident and hardworking Telecaller who can handle client communication and generate leads for digital marketing services.

The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of calling and customer handling.


Responsibilities

  • Calling potential customers
  • Explaining digital marketing services
  • Follow-up with interested clients
  • Handling WhatsApp chats and inquiries
  • Maintaining lead records
  • Scheduling meetings with clients


Required Skills

  • Good Hindi communication skills
  • Basic English understanding
  • Confident speaking style
  • Smartphone/Laptop with internet connection
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp & Google Sheets
  • Experience in telecalling/sales preferred

Salary

  • Fixed Salary (Based on Experience)
