Job Description

Objective:

Own sales numbers across B2B, exhibitions, and franchise counters. Close deals, control team, move stock.

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
  • Drive sales from B2B clients, exhibitions, and franchise stores
  • Handle key clients & high-value orders
  • Manage sales team: daily targets, follow-ups, closures
  • Control exhibition sales, discounts, and collections
  • Ensure stock rotation within 5–6 months
  • Daily/weekly sales reporting

Requirements

Preferred if experience in jewellery sales (silver/designer preferred)

  • Strong closing & exhibition experience
  • Team-handling capability
  • Numbers-driven, no excuse mindset
