• Job ResponsibilitiesCustomer Calling & New Business GenerationRegularly call existing and potential customers to introduce our products and services.
• Generate new business opportunities through telephonic communication.
• Understand customer requirements and identify their product needs.
• Follow up with new customers and convert enquiries into orders.
• Order & Price CommunicationShare updated product prices, offers and schemes with customers.
• Inform customers about new products and newly available stock.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order generation.
• Payment Follow-upRegularly follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Maintain proper records of pending payments and payment commitments.
• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payment status.
• Ensure timely follow-up until outstanding amounts are received.
• Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain good relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
• Take customer feedback regarding products, prices and service.
• Resolve basic customer queries or coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer calls, enquiries, orders and follow-ups.
• Daily ReportingMaintain daily calling and follow-up records.
• Prepare reports of new leads, orders generated, outstanding payment follow-ups and customer responses.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and business-generation targets assigned by management.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident and polite telephone communication.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer operations.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to maintain proper records and work according to assigned targets.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, FMCG/HORECA or customer handling will be an advantage.
• Key Performance Areas (KPI)New customers generated.
