Telecaller

Your main job is to call potential customers and sell our services. You will be the first point of contact for many people, so you need to be friendly, clear, and persuasive on the phone.

• Daily Tasks
• Making Calls: Dial a set number of leads (potential customers) every day from Verified Leads received.
• Explaining Service: Clearly explain what services we offer and how it helps the customer.
• Closing Sales: Persuade customers to buy the service.
• Meeting Targets: Reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Updating Records: Keep notes in our CRM system about who you called and what they said.
• Follow-ups: Call back people who were interested but didn't buy the first time.

• What We Are Looking For?
• Good Speaker: You can speak clearly and listen well.
• Patient: You don't get upset if a customer says "no" or hangs up.
• Hardworking: You are willing to stay on the phone and keep trying to reach your goals.
• Basic Computer Skills: You know how to type and use simple software to log your work.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or a call center is helpful but not always required.
• Working Conditions
• Location: Office-based.
• Hours: Standard shift hours (e.g., 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
