About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Caller to join our growing real estate team in Jaipur. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers and investors, responsible for generating and qualifying leads for residential and commercial properties across Jaipur and the NCR belt.

Key Responsibilities

•      Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote real estate projects in Jaipur (residential plots, apartments, villas, commercial spaces).

•      Respond to inbound enquiries received via portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, and company website.

•      Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences to pitch the most suitable property options.

•      Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team for follow-ups.

•      Maintain and update CRM with daily call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules.

•      Follow up consistently on warm leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS to move them through the sales funnel.

•      Meet monthly targets for calls made, qualified leads generated, and site visits booked.

•      Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information about location, pricing, RERA compliance, and amenities.

•      Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign leads generated through Meta and Google Ads.

Required Qualifications & Skills

•      Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

•      1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, or financial services.

•      Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English.

•      Familiarity with Jaipur's real estate market — areas like Jagatpura, Ajmer Road, Tonk Road, Vaishali Nagar, etc.

•      Good listening skills, patience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.

•      Basic computer proficiency — MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools.

•      Target-oriented mindset with a self-motivated attitude.

Preferred (Good to Have)

•      Prior experience in real estate tele-calling or sales.

•      Knowledge of RERA regulations in Rajasthan.

•      Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or LeadSquared.
