• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, chats, and social media platforms.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Assist customers regarding orders, tracking details, returns, and product-related queries.
• Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, operations, and logistics) to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain professional communication and uphold company standards.
• Prepare daily reports related to customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Experience:Fresher / 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or related roles preferred.
