Job Description

We are hiring a Telesales Executive for handling Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho seller leads. The candidate will be responsible for calling e-commerce sellers, explaining our account management services, generating leads, and converting them into clients.

The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.


Roles & Responsibilities-

  • Call Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho sellers daily
  • Explain account management and seller support services
  • Generate and convert leads into clients
  • Follow up with interested sellers
  • Maintain daily calling and lead reports
  • Build good relationships with sellers
  • Handle seller queries professionally
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Coordinate with the account management team


Required Skills-

  • Good Hindi communication skills
  • Basic English understanding
  • Telecalling / Telesales experience
  • Convincing and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Excel & CRM knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Meesho Panel is a plus
