Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller to support our sales and marketing team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing leads from online platforms, and converting them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Manage and convert leads received from platforms like IndiaMART and other online sources
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the field sales team
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel)
• Share product information and basic pricing details over calls
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures
• Resolve basic customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking records 

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
• Experience handling online leads (IndiaMART or similar platforms) preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Confident and polite phone manner
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups
