Job Description

  • ग्राहकों को फोन कॉल करके कंपनी के उत्पादों या सेवाओं की जानकारी देना।
  • संभावित ग्राहकों से संपर्क करना और लीड्स जनरेट करना।
  • ग्राहक के प्रश्नों का उत्तर देना और उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान करना।
  • कॉल रिकॉर्ड और ग्राहक डेटा को अपडेट रखना।
  • बिक्री (Sales) और ग्राहक संतुष्टि के लक्ष्यों को पूरा करना।
  • Requirements:10वीं / 12वीं / Graduate उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
  • अच्छी हिंदी बोलने और समझाने की क्षमता।
  • बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान।
  • फ्रेशर और अनुभवी दोनों उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
