Job Description
It's 100% chat process (Non Voice), Where agents has to resolve customer queries over the chat.
Salary : 27000 CTC, 22000 in hand + 3 K PLI ( after 3 months of training period, will be eligible for PLI)
Must have excellent communication skills
Good understanding of softwares and system troubleshooting
Eligibility (Academic & Experience) - Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of documented experience with BPO or Graduate freshers & experience can apply.
Ideal candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts (preferably night shifts)
Must be comfortable for rotational week offs.
