Job Description
Required a Tele sales Executive cum Office coordinator with computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to warm and cold leads to pitch company products or services.
- Understand Client Needs: Ask targeted questions to identify customer pain points and recommend the best solutions.
- Close Sales: Guide prospects through the buying process and finalize sales over the phone.
- Maintain Records: Accurately log customer details, call notes, and sales outcomes into the company CRM.
- Follow Up: Nurture prospects through regular check-ins and follow-up calls.
