Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls. The role involves communicating with potential clients/candidates, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients/customers/candidates
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain proper call records and database updates
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion or closure
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Key RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and calling tools
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Preferred SkillsExperience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
- Ability to build rapport quickly over calls
- Time management and multitasking skills
