Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls. The role involves communicating with potential clients/candidates, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients/customers/candidates
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain proper call records and database updates
• Follow up with leads and ensure conversion or closure
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Key RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and calling tools
• Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Preferred SkillsExperience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
• Ability to build rapport quickly over calls
• Time management and multitasking skills
