Job Summary:

The Telecaller – Collections is responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan accounts, reminding them of pending payments, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues. The role involves regular follow-ups, maintaining customer relationships, resolving payment-related queries, and achieving collection targets while adhering to regulatory and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of loans and EMIs.
• Negotiate repayment schedules and obtain payment commitments from customers.
• Address customer concerns related to loan accounts, payment delays, and repayment options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities in the system.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Escalate unresolved cases, disputes, or high-risk accounts to the concerned team or supervisor.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with customers.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical collection practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, collections, customer service, or loan recovery is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
