Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and analytical milk Analyzer to identify business opportunities, analyze customer requirements, and drive sales growth across both B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to understand market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online platforms.

Manage end-to-end B2B and B2C sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients (B2B) and individual customers (B2C).

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.

Understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely conversions.

Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.
