Responsibilities :

* Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell travel packages, holiday deals, and services.

* Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable destinations or packages.

* Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to close sales.

* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

* Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

* Coordinate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
