We are a dynamic and customer-focused *travel agency, dedicated to providing the best travel experiences and customized tour packages to our clients. We are looking for energetic, passionate, and sales-driven individuals to join our *Telesales team* and grow with us in the exciting world of travel and tourism.
Responsibilities :
* Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell travel packages, holiday deals, and services.
* Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable destinations or packages.
* Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to close sales.
* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
* Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
* Coordinate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
As an ideal candidate, he / she should make sure that he offer outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
