Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer records regularly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer service.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
