Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive for the Real Estate industry. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be capable of handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and coordinating with potential clients regarding property-related information.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects and offerings.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Generate and maintain leads through regular follow-ups.
• Schedule site visits and meetings for interested clients.
• Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures and customer support.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
