Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Tele Sales Manager who can manage the telesales team, achieve sales targets, handle customer queries, and ensure proper follow-up with clients. The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, good knowledge of sales processes, team handling, reporting, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities include monitoring daily calling activities, training new employees, maintaining sales reports, improving team performance, and coordinating with other departments for smooth operations. The candidate should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure. Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM software is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or sales management.
