Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Solar Sales)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
Department: Sales & Business Development

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Telecaller to be the first point of contact for our prospective solar clients in Jaipur and surrounding regions. You will be responsible for converting leads into site visits by educating homeowners and business owners on the financial and environmental benefits of switching to solar energy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases to introduce our solar solutions (Rooftop, Commercial, and Industrial).
Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects by understanding their average monthly electricity bills, available roof space, and interest in government subsidies (e.g., PM-Surya Ghar Yojana).
Appointment Setting: Coordinate with the technical team to schedule site surveys and feasibility studies for interested clients.
Database Management: Accurately maintain and update customer records in the CRM or Excel sheets, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Education: Explain technical concepts (like net-metering and ROI) in simple terms to help customers understand their savings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling or sales. Experience in Solar, Insurance, or Real Estate is a major plus.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and Rajasthani/Marwari (to build better rapport with local clients). Basic English is preferred.
Communication: Exceptional persuasion skills and the ability to handle rejections with a positive attitude.
Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
