Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
• Fluency in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is an advantage
• Experience in SaaS, payroll, or HRMS products will be an added benefit
