Telesales Executive

📞 Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Executive (Ayurvedic Products)

📍 Location:Jaipur (Work from Office )

🎯 Role Overview : We are looking for a result-oriented Telecaller who can handle leads and convert them into customers for our Ayurvedic products including weight loss products, herbal health products.

This is a target-driven sales role. If you are comfortable talking to new people, handling rejection, and closing sales, this role is for you.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Call fresh leads generated from Facebook/Instagram ads
• Explain product benefits in simple Hindi/Hinglish
• Understand customer needs and build interest
• Follow a given sales script (training will be provided)
• Do regular follow-ups with interested customers
• Maintain daily call and lead report
• 📊 Daily Targets 50–80 calls per day
• 20+ meaningful conversations
• Generate qualified leads and assist in closing

✅ Who Should Apply

• Not afraid of making high-volume calls
• Can handle rejection and stay consistent
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Comfortable speaking in Hindi/Hinglish
• Basic understanding of sales is a plus (not mandatory)
