Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products like Interactive Flat Panels, Video Conferencing Solutions, and Digital Classroom setups.
Call potential customers from provided database
Generate leads and fix appointments for sales team
Explain products and services clearly to clients
Follow up with existing and new leads regularly
Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
Handle customer queries professionally
Coordinate with sales and technical team
