Job Description
- Generate sales leads through references, calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
- Attend customer inquiries and explain project details
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
- Follow up with prospective customers for conversions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and accounts teams
- Prepare sales reports and daily activity reports
- Handle negotiations and assist in closing deals
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor projects
