Job Description

  • Generate sales leads through references, calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
  • Attend customer inquiries and explain project details
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
  • Follow up with prospective customers for conversions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain customer database and sales records
  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and accounts teams
  • Prepare sales reports and daily activity reports
  • Handle negotiations and assist in closing deals
  • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor projects
