Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Make high-volume outbound calls to cold and warm leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Pitching: Present and promote company products or services clearly, utilizing provided sales scripts.
- Closing Deals: Guide prospects through the buyer's journey, overcome objections, and persuade them to make a purchase.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upgrade current clients or sell complementary products to existing accounts.
- Database Management: Accurately log call details, customer information, and purchase orders into CRM software.
- Customer Support: Answer inquiries, resolve grievances, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
Essential Skills:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and a clear, persuasive phone manner.
- Negotiation: Ability to handle rejection gracefully, overcome client objections, and close deals quickly.
- Drive & Resilience: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable thriving in a high-pressure environment.
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and basic computer/typing skills
