Job Description
* Develop garment patterns using CAD software based on design sketches, tech packs, and samples.
* Create first patterns, size grading, marker planning, and pattern corrections.
* Ensure patterns meet fit, measurement, and production standards.
* Coordinate with designers, sampling teams, merchandisers, and production departments.
* Conduct pattern checking and fitting analysis for sample approval.
* Optimize fabric utilization through efficient marker making.
* Maintain pattern records, grading rules, and technical documentation.
* Resolve fitting and construction issues during sampling and production stages.
* Prepare production-ready files for cutting and manufacturing.
* Ensure timely completion of pattern development according to production schedules.
