Accountant / Accounts Executive – Jaipur

Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)

Type: Full-Time | 5 Days a Week

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in Tally Accounting Software.
• Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing, including salary computation, TDS deductions, and payslip generation.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
• Experience in filing GST and TDS returns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
• Ability to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Experience in vendor payment processing and reconciliation.
• Ability to generate and track invoices, collections, and outstanding payments.
• Exposure to year-end audits and coordination with CAs/Auditors.
• Understanding of advance tax and compliance tracking.
• Experience working in a startup or SME environment preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and statutory deductions.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other compliance-related returns.
• Generate monthly MIS reports and financial summaries for Directors.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments via email and phone.
• Maintain cash register, petty cash, and expense records.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, auditors, and Directors on financial documentation and contracts.
• Manage employee-related documentation, policies, and compliance records.
• Ensure timely completion of all accounting, compliance, and reporting activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Professional email-writing skills and documentation discipline.
• Self-driven, reliable, and capable of working independently.
