Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and Understand Company Programs:
- Develop a solid understanding of the technical training programs offered by our company.
- Be eager to learn and stay updated on industry trends and educational needs.
- Initiate and Build Relationships:
- Reach out to TPOs, HODs, and Principals of engineering colleges to introduce our programs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist in Seminar/Workshop Coordination:
- Collaborate with the team to assist in the planning and coordination of events on college campuses.
- Learn the logistics of organizing seminars, workshops, and training programs.
- Achieve Outreach Targets:
- Work towards set targets for securing partnerships and hosting events on college campuses.
- Receive mentorship and guidance to enhance skills and meet objectives.
- Feedback Collection and Improvement:
- Gather feedback from colleges and participants to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide insights and suggestions for refining our outreach strategies.
