Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Amadeus professional to support our international travel operations. The role involves handling end-to-end PNR creation, fare pricing, ticketing, and post-ticketing services for global itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, and manage PNRs in Amadeus
  • Perform fare pricing, revalidation, and manual fare construction
  • Issue, reissue, refund, and void tickets
  • Handle complex international and multi-city itineraries
  • Interpret fare rules (penalties, routing, seasonality, etc.)
  • Resolve ticketing errors and coordinate with airlines when required
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of bookings

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS
  • Strong knowledge of cryptic commands (must)
  • Solid experience in international fares and ticketing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience with BSP / ARC processes
  • Background in corporate travel or consolidator fares
