Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for a Travel Operations & Costing Executive who can coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport vendors, and airlines to prepare tour quotations and travel packages. The candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable with email correspondence, and be able to prepare accurate tour costings.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact hotels, DMCs, transporters, and other travel vendors for rates and availability.
- Prepare domestic and international tour costings.
- Create and update travel itineraries.
- Send and follow up on emails for quotations and bookings.
- Negotiate rates with suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate bookings and confirmations.
- Maintain vendor databases and rate sheets.
- Assist the sales team with quotations and package preparation.
- Ensure smooth coordination for group and FIT bookings.
- Required SkillsGood English and Hindi communication skills.
- Professional email writing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in costing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Preferred QualificationGraduate in BBA, B.Com, Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or any related field.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, hotel reservations, sales support, or operations will be an added advantage.
